To facilitate participation in DREB2026, all participants will be charged at the early-registration rates, regardless of the payment date.

The registration fee includes:
- Welcome Reception

Payment Methods
The registration fee may be paid using one of the following methods.

When making the transfer, please include the following information in the payment reference or remarks:

For example:
DREB2026 + John Smith
This information is essential for identifying and confirming your payment.
After completing the transfer, please keep the payment receipt and send a copy to dreb2026@sustech.edu.cn, together with the participant’s full name and affiliation.
2. On-site Cash Payment
The registration fee may be paid in cash at the conference venue in:
- US dollars (USD)
- Chinese yuan (CNY/RMB)
For payments made in Chinese yuan, the payable amount will be calculated according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of conference.
3. On-site Mobile Payment
On-site payment through Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other supported mobile payment methods will also be accepted.
International participants are encouraged to set up their preferred mobile payment method before arriving in China. Please refer to the following document for guidance:

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, USD 50 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
