This summer‑school workshop focuses on HIAF, China’s flagship heavy‑ion accelerator facility in Huizhou. This next‑generation accelerator complex provides high‑intensity pulsed heavy‑ion beams and enables a broad spectrum of subatomic‑physics experiments.

Participants will also take guided tours of CSNS, JUNO, and CiADS. The program includes expert lectures, facility visits, and Chinese cultural‑experience activities, addressing frontier themes in nuclear structure, nuclear astrophysics, and interdisciplinary research.

This school is designed for young researchers from French, other European, and Canadian institutions. We welcome applications from PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior scientists working in nuclear physics, particle physics, accelerator physics, nuclear astrophysics, and related interdisciplinary fields.

The organisers will provide support for participants’ round‑trip travel, accommodation, and meals (excluding some site‑visit admission fees), with an aim to promote Sino‑French academic exchange and future collaborations in subatomic physics.
