The workshop location:
The workshop will take place in Huizhou, a beautiful tourist city, which is located in Guangdong province, southeast of China. It is adjacent to Gunagzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen City, where located the international airports.
The workshop site locates in the Huizhou campus of institute of modern physics (IMP) (Address:No. 1, Xinqiao North Road, Huicheng District, 516001 Huizhou, China, 惠州市惠城区 河南岸新桥北路1号) in Huizhou City.
Arrive by airplanes:
There are two convenient international airports: Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (深圳宝安国际机场, SZX) is about 120 km away. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (广州白云国际机场, CAN) is about 170 km away. There are multiple ways to arrive to the workshop site, e.g. via Taxi, bus or trains. Apply visas:
Please contact your local Chinese embassy or consulate about the detailed procedure to obtain a visa to visit China. If you are in US, please refer to the following link for the info of the visa application:

You will apply for a F-type visa and it normally takes a month to obtain the visa stamp after you submit all necessary materials.
