Shuttle bus transportation from Guangzhou/Shenzhen to Dusit Thani Resort will be arranged. Departure times are subject to adjustment according to actual flight arrival times.
A. Huizhou Pingtan Airport (惠州平潭机场): This domestic airport serves the city of Huizhou and is located in the town of Pingtan, Haiyang District. It is approximately 75 km away from the conference hotel. It will cost approx. CNY 120 and take 90 minutes if you take a taxi or online ride-hailing service.
B. Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (深圳宝安国际机场): Situated on the east bank of the Pearl River in Bao'an District, this airport is approximately 160 km away from the Hotel, with an estimated travel time of over 2 hours by a taxi. Alternatively, you can use a ride-hailing service directly from Shenzhen Airport to the conference hotel, which will cost CNY 200 - 400.
C. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (广州白云国际机场): Located around 250 km away from the campus, it takes approximately 3 hours to reach the Hotel from this airport by a car. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or use a ride-hailing service directly from Guangzhou Airport to the conference hotel, which will cost CNY 300 - 500.
D. Hong Kong International Airport (香港国际机场): Coach services to Huizhou are available at the Mainland/ Macao Transport Centre of Hall A of Arrivals Level (L5), Terminal 1. The ticketing point is Counter M01-M05. Here, you can take a bus, such as the Eternal East (永東) Bus (Counters M05, Service Tel: +852 2261 2566), from Hong Kong International Airport to HuiZhou Jinluan Hotel (惠州金銮酒店) (cost CNY ~250). The Eternal East Bus operates from 8:30 to 20:00, with buses departing every hour. The journey takes approximately three hours, after which you can take a taxi to the conference hotel (100 km, 90 minutes, CNY ~150).
By Train: The city is served by three mainline railway stations situated near the downtown area: Huizhou Railway Station, Huizhou North Railway Station, and Huizhou South Railway Station..
A. Huizhou North Railway Station (惠州北站), Baishi Road, Huicheng District (惠城区白石路). Serves high-speed trains, about 116 km far from the Hotel.
From the Huizhou North Railway Station, one can take the taxi, that will cost approx. CNY 250.
B. Huizhou Railway Station (惠州站), 57 Huizhou Avenue, Huicheng District (惠城区惠州大道57号). Serves regular-speed trains, about 115 km far from the Hotel.
From the Huizhou Railway Station, one can take the taxi, that will cost approx. CNY 250.
C. Huizhou South Railway Station (惠州南站), Huicheng District (惠城区). Serves high-speed trains, about 100 km far from the Hotel.
From the Huizhou South Railway Station, one can take the taxi, that will cost approx. CNY 200.
D. Huidong South Railway Station (惠东南站), Huicheng District (惠城区). Serves high-speed trains, about 36 km far from the Hotel.
From the Huizhou South Railway Station, one can take the taxi, that will cost approx. CNY 80.
E. Huidong Railway Station (惠东站), Huicheng District (惠城区). Serves high-speed trains, about 48 km far from the Hotel.
From the Huizhou South Railway Station, one can take the taxi, that will cost approx. CNY 100.
Note:
1、Please check visa requirements for Hong Kong from your country before scheduling your trip via Hong Kong.
2、Our shuttle bus service will be available at Guangzhou and Shenzhen airport. Our staff will be waiting at the baggage claim exits of all terminals at Guangzhou and Shenzhen airports, holding a Summer School poster. They will assist you in getting to the shuttle bus.
