Shuttle bus service will be available from Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) and Shenzhen Bao‘an (SZX) airports to the conference venue (Dusit Thani Resort). Departures will be scheduled in several batches (e.g., three to four runs) based on flight arrival times; shuttles will not operate on a per-flight basis. Further details, including specific departure times, will be announced closer to the event.
A. Huizhou Pingtan Airport (惠州平潭机场): This domestic airport serves the city of Huizhou and is located in the town of Pingtan, Haiyang District. It is approximately 75 km away from the conference hotel. It will cost approx. CNY 120 and take 90 minutes if you take a taxi or online ride-hailing service.
B. Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (深圳宝安国际机场): Situated on the east bank of the Pearl River in Bao'an District, this airport is approximately 160 km away from the Hotel, with an estimated travel time of over 2 hours by a taxi. Alternatively, you can use a ride-hailing service directly from Shenzhen Airport to the conference hotel, which will cost CNY 200 - 400.
C. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (广州白云国际机场): Located around 250 km away from the campus, it takes approximately 3 hours to reach the Hotel from this airport by a car. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or use a ride-hailing service directly from Guangzhou Airport to the conference hotel, which will cost CNY 300 - 500.
D. Hong Kong International Airport (香港国际机场): Coach services to Huizhou are available at the Mainland/Macao Transport Centre of Hall A on the Arrivals Level (L5), Terminal 1. The ticket counter is M01-M05. Here, you can take a bus, such as the Eternal East (永東) Bus (Counter M05, Service Tel: +852 2261 2566), from Hong Kong International Airport to Huizhou Jinluan Hotel (惠州金銮酒店) (cost CNY ~250). The Eternal East Buses depart every hour from 8:30 to 20:00. The journey takes approximately 3 hours, after which you can take a taxi to the conference hotel (about 100 km, 90 minutes, costing CNY ~150).
By Train: The city is served by five mainline railway stations situated near the downtown area:
A. Huizhou North Railway Station (惠州北站), Baishi Road, Huicheng District (惠城区白石路). It serves high-speed trains, located about 116 km from the conference hotel, with a taxi fare of CNY ~250.
B. Huizhou Railway Station (惠州站), 57 Huizhou Avenue, Huicheng District (惠城区惠州大道57号). It serves regular-speed trains, located about 115 km from the Hotel, with a taxi fare of CNY ~250.
C. Huizhou South Railway Station (惠州南站), Huicheng District (惠城区). It serves high-speed trains, located about 100 km from the conference hotel, with a taxi fare of CNY ~200.
D. Huidong South Railway Station (惠东南站), Huicheng District (惠城区). It serves high-speed trains, located about 36 km from the conference hotel, with a taxi fare of CNY ~80.
E. Huidong Railway Station (惠东站), Huicheng District (惠城区). It serves high-speed trains, located about 48 km from the conference hotel, with a taxi fare of CNY ~100.

1、If you plan to travel via Hong Kong, please check the visa requirements for your nationality before arranging your trip.
2、Our shuttle bus service will be available at both Guangzhou and Shenzhen airports. Staff members holding a "HCI2026" poster will be waiting at the baggage claim exits of all terminals to assist you in boarding the shuttle bus.
Tips:
As an optional alternative, you may take a taxi to the conference hotel. If you do, presenting the following message to the driver will help you avoid communication barriers.
It would be quite helpful if you can use DiDi Ride-Hailing Services of Alipay and WeChat when you need to call a taxi or use online ride-hailing service.
