Description

QCD matter, which exists at extremely high temperatures and densities, is an active area of research in theoretical and experimental physics. The current status of research on QCD matter suggests that it exhibits properties consistent with a strongly interacting, nearly perfect fluid. This has been observed in experiments involving heavy-ion collisions at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) and the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Future directions in QCD matter research include continued exploration of the properties of this state of matter, as well as investigations into the phase transitions that occur between different states of matter at high temperatures and densities. This research has implications for our understanding of the early universe, as well as for the development of new technologies such as fusion energy. In this workshop, Status and future direction of QCD matter will be discussed.

This workshop has no registration fee.
